Will you insert my own images to the assets for me?

Unfortunately we do not change any imagery for you, even if you have paid for us to brand the asset(s) for you.

However, you can refer to our ‘Canva 101’ Masterclass and learn how to do this yourself once you have received your download link from the team.

How easy are the assets to edit?

They are super easy to edit with some basic Canva skills.

Usability and ease of editing is at the forefront of our mind when creating all assets.

Do I need Canva Pro to edit my assets?

No, you do not need Canva Pro. All assets are created using Free Canva elements.

Do my order links expire?

No, you have lifetime access to your download links and there are no limits in relation to how many times you can download your files.

For as long as you have access to your MyBrand account, your links will be there. 

If, in the unlikely event that a technical error occurs and you no longer have access to your links, feel free to reach out to us and we will get that sorted for you immediately.
